Who can see what

Before a team puts its work into a new app, it usually asks who can see it. This page answers that question for Wabi.do.

Visibility

  • A task in a shared list is visible to the people in that list, and to no other Wabi user
  • A task marked private is visible only to you, even inside a list you share
  • Removing someone from a list removes their access to it and to its tasks
  • Nothing changes a task's visibility on its own

Signing in

You sign in to Wabi with Google or Apple. There is no Wabi password, so we never see or store one.

Encrypted in transit

Traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit. Data is stored with established infrastructure providers, so it may be stored outside the country where you live. The privacy policy explains this in full.

Website analytics

This website loads no analytics or marketing scripts until you accept them. If you decline, the whole site still works.

Audits and certifications

Wabi has not been through an external security audit, and it does not have SOC 2 or ISO certification today. If your organization needs these, write to us and we will tell you where things stand.

Reporting something

If you find a vulnerability or something that looks wrong, write to wabi@wabi.do. We want to hear about it.
