Who can see what

This page is here because it is the first question a team asks before putting its work in something new, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a badge.

Visibility

  • A task in a shared list is visible to the people in that list, and to nobody else
  • A task marked private is visible only to you, even inside a list you share
  • Removing someone from a list removes their access to it and to its tasks
  • Nothing changes a task's visibility on its own

Signing in

Wabi signs you in with Google or Apple. We never see or store a password, because there is no Wabi password to store.

In transit and at rest

Traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit. Data is held with established infrastructure providers, which means it may be stored outside Israel. The privacy policy covers that in full.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. This website loads no analytics or marketing scripts until you accept them, and declining leaves the whole site working.

What this page does not claim

Wabi has not been through an external security audit, and there is no SOC 2 or ISO certification behind it today. Saying otherwise would be easy and untrue. If your organisation needs that, tell us what it needs and we will tell you honestly where we are.

Reporting something

If you find a vulnerability or something that looks wrong, write to [email protected]. We would rather hear it from you.
