Wabi.do help

Download the app or open app.wabi.do, then sign in with a Google or Apple account. There is nothing else to fill in before you start.

Tap the + button on the home screen. You can keep the list private or share it with people right away.

Open a list and type the task, the same way you would type a message.

Open the task and assign it to a person in the list. If you cannot find the option, write to wabi@wabi.do and we will help.

Open the task and add a due date. Tasks that are due appear first on your home screen, across all your lists.

Wabi sends notifications about your lists, and tapping a notification opens the list it is about. You can turn notifications on or off for Wabi in your device's settings.

Open the list and share it with the people involved. They get the list with everything already in it.

A private task is visible only to you, even inside a list you share. A shared task is visible to everyone in that list. See private tasks.

Yes. Removing someone from a list removes their access to it and to the tasks in it.

Ask the person who shared the list with you to remove you. You then lose access to the list and its tasks. If you need help, write to wabi@wabi.do.

Yes. Open app.wabi.do in a browser and sign in with the same account. Lists sync between the web app and the mobile apps.

Yes. When you sign in with the same account, you see the same lists on all of them.

Email wabi@wabi.do from the address on your account, and we will delete the account and the data attached to it.

The privacy policy lists it. This website loads no analytics until you accept them.

Only the people in the list. A private task is visible only to you. See security.
