Getting started
How do I set up my account?
Download the app, then sign in with a Google or Apple account. There is nothing else to fill in before you start.
How do I create a list?
Tap the + button on the home screen. You can make it private, or add people to it straight away.
How do I add a task?
Open a list and type. It behaves like sending a message, which is deliberate.
Sharing
How do I share a list?
Open the list and invite the people it involves. They get the list with everything already in it.
What is the difference between private and shared tasks?
A private task is visible only to you, even inside a list you share. A shared task is visible to everyone in that list. See private tasks.
Can I stop sharing a list?
Yes. Removing someone from a list removes their access to it and to the tasks in it.
Devices and account
Can I use Wabi on my computer?
Not yet. Wabi runs on iPhone and Android, and lists sync between devices signed in to the same account. A desktop version is in the works.
Do my lists sync between my phone and my tablet?
Yes, on the same account.
How do I delete my account?
Write to [email protected] and we will remove it and the data attached to it.
Privacy and cost
Does it cost anything?
No. See pricing for what that covers.
What do you collect?
The privacy policy lists it. This website loads no analytics until you accept them.
Who can see my tasks?
Only the people in the list, and never a private task. See security.
