Your tasks and your team's,
in one place.

Wabi is a task app that works the way you already message people. Make a list, share it with whoever needs it, and talk about the work inside the task itself.

Free, no card Google or Apple sign-in Private stays private
What it does

Everything in the task,
not scattered around it.

Most task apps hand you a checkbox and leave the conversation in another app. That is where the context goes missing.

A chat inside every task

Questions, decisions and files stay attached to the work they belong to. Whoever picks it up next month finds the reasoning without asking anyone.

How it works →

Private inside shared

A shared list can still hold a task only you can see. No second secret list.

Only youIn a shared list

Share with anyone

A partner, a colleague, a whole team. They open the list with everything already in it, and everyone sees the same next task.

Sorted before you arrive

The home screen puts what is due and what is urgent at the top, across every list, with no view to configure and no board to groom.

How it works

Three steps, then you are using it.

1 · Make a list

One tap. Call it what you like: Home, Q3 launch, Things I keep forgetting.

2 · Add the people

Invite whoever the work involves. They see the list and everything already in it.

3 · Talk in the task

Comments, files and updates stay attached to the task they belong to.

Can I use Wabi on my computer?
