About Wabi.do
Most task apps ask you to keep two things in your head at once: the list of what has to happen, and the conversation about it. The list is in one app and the conversation is in another, and the piece of context that explains the task is in a message thread nobody can find a week later.
Wabi puts them together. Every task has a chat in it. When you need to ask something, send a file, or explain why a date moved, it goes in the task, and it stays there.
What it is for
Wabi is built for the way most work actually gets divided up: some of it is yours alone, some of it belongs to a group, and the two are mixed together all day. A shared list can hold a task only you can see. A personal list can be shared with one person the moment it stops being personal.
What we are not trying to be
Wabi is not a project management suite. There are no burndown charts, no sprint boards, no dependency graphs. If you need those, there are good tools for it. Wabi is for the lists that run a household, a small team, or a person's week.
Who builds it
Wabi is made by nSof, a software company in Israel that builds and operates its own products. Wabi is one of them, and it is used inside the company every day.
