A simpler way to manage tasks, on your own or with your team.

Most task apps ask you to keep track of two things at once: the list of what has to happen, and the conversation about it. The list is in one app and the conversation is in another. The detail that explains a task ends up in a message thread that nobody can find a week later.

Wabi puts them together. Every task has a chat in it. When you need to ask something, send a file or explain why a date moved, you do it in the task, and it stays there.

What it is for

Wabi is built for the way most work is divided. Some of it is yours alone, some of it belongs to a group, and the two are mixed together all day. A shared list can hold a task that only you can see. A personal list can be shared with someone as soon as it involves them.

What we are not trying to be

Wabi is not a project management suite. There are no burndown charts, sprint boards or dependency graphs. If you need those, there are good tools for them. Wabi is for the lists that run a household, a small team or a person's week.

Who builds it

Wabi is made by nSof LTD, a software company based in Cyprus that builds and operates its own products. Wabi is one of them, and the company uses it for its own work.
