Delete your Wabi.do account

You can delete your Wabi.do account and the data attached to it. There are two ways to do it.

From the app

1. Open Wabi.do and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture, top right.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. This sends us your deletion request; a person then completes it.

By email

Write to wabi@wabi.do from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile details, the lists and tasks you created, your comments, and the files you attached.

What is kept, and for how long

The deletion completes within 30 days of the request. Copies inside our backups can survive for up to 90 days after that, and are then deleted with the backup itself.

Two things are not removed by deleting your account. Content that other people copied for themselves, for example text they copied out of a task you shared with them, belongs to them and stays with them. Records we are required by law to keep, or that we need in order to handle a legal claim, are kept for as long as that requirement lasts.
